Momento Elephant and Castle (formerly Park Central West) is a 445-home Build-to-Rent development at Elephant Park in Elephant & Castle, London, operating under Greystar's Momento brand. It was acquired by Greystar in 2025 from Lendlease and CPP Investments, having been delivered as part of Lendlease's Elephant Park regeneration and previously operated by Living by Lendlease.

Momento Hayes is a Build-to-Rent development by Greystar in Hayes, west London, operating under Greystar's Momento brand. Momento Staines-upon-Thames, previously known as Renshaw's Yard, is a completed 391-home Build-to-Rent community managed by Greystar under its Momento brand at Mill Mead in Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey. Greystar acquired it from Dandara Living. Across the Pochard House, Mill Mead Terrace and Colne House buildings it provides 345 private rental apartments, six private three-bedroom townhouses and 40 Discounted Market Rent homes, with a basement holding 215 parking spaces and 396 cycle spaces, plus a gym, co-working areas and a resident lounge.

Momento Stratford, previously called Stratford Mill, is a 205-home Build-to-Rent scheme from Greystar in the Pudding Mill part of Stratford, east London, within the regeneration around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Run under Greystar's Momento brand, it spans the East Mill House and Millar Court buildings and sits inside a larger 247-home development whose remaining 42 affordable homes are managed by Sovereign Network Group. Greystar bought the site in 2023; the building reached topping-out in October 2025 and opens to its first residents in 2026.

It was developed by Galliard Homes as part of the Harbour Central scheme and is operated by Greystar. Amenities include a 34th-floor gym, cinema, private dining room and 24-hour concierge.

Build-to-rent neighbourhood of 316 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments on Lower Bristol Road, a short walk from Oldfield Park station and Bath city centre. Residents get a gym and fitness studio, two roof terraces, co-working areas, a private screening room and private dining rooms, plus secure underground parking with EV charging. Ten Degrees is a 546-apartment build-to-rent tower in Croydon, London (CR0), completed in 2021 using modular construction by Tide Construction and Vision Volumetric. The scheme is operated by Greystar as part of its UK rental portfolio.

The Almere is a build-to-rent apartment development on Avebury Boulevard in central Milton Keynes, comprising 294 one- to three-bedroom apartments completed in 2022. It was developed by Packaged Living (built by Winvic) and includes co-working spaces, a resident lounge, and a private dining area.

The Glassworks is a 354-apartment build-to-rent scheme at Greenford Quay in Ealing, London (UB6), completed in 2023 and operated by Greystar. The canalside building includes a gym, residents' lounge, games and media rooms, and a roof terrace.

A 665-home build-to-rent scheme in Leeds (LS12), completed in 2022. Apartments come with fitted storage and king-size beds as standard, and residents have access to on-site car parking and a concierge service.

The Lytton is a 269-apartment build-to-rent scheme on Lytton Way in Stevenage town centre, a nine-minute walk from the station. Completed in 2024 and owned by Lloyds Living, it offers studio to three-bedroom apartments over 12 floors and is run day to day by Native Communities, with a gym, co-working space and resident lounge among the amenities.

The Rise is a 30-storey build-to-rent tower on Guildford Crescent in central Cardiff, and on completion the tallest building in the city. It provides 272 rental apartments — 140 one-bedroom and 132 two-bedroom — above ground-floor retail, with amenity space on the ground, first and 27th floors. Galliford Try built the £52m scheme, reaching completion in late July 2026. Lloyds Living acquired the site from Galliford Try Investments and owns the finished asset, with Native appointed to operate it. The tower sits beside the Canal Quarter regeneration area, a short walk from the Principality Stadium and Cardiff Central station.
