Forge is a Multifamily rental development converted from a 1960s building in Stevenage town centre (SG1), completed in 2021 and comprising 110 apartments, developed by Reef Origin and managed by Cortland. On-site facilities include a roof terrace, secure car parking and co-working space in the adjoining Forge Works building.

The Forum is a 225-home Build-to-Rent development in Stevenage town centre, rising to a 69m tower. Owned by BlueCastle Capital, the scheme secured planning consent in February 2025.

The Lytton is a 269-apartment build-to-rent scheme on Lytton Way in Stevenage town centre, a nine-minute walk from the station. Vonder in Stevenage is a co-living rental scheme at Platform North, Gates Way, Stevenage, offering studio, one- and two-bedroom flats. It is operated under the Vonder brand and includes a rooftop terrace, residents' gym and lounge, with a resident app used for rent payments and community events.
