Present Made at Eddington is a 373-home purpose-built single-family rental neighbourhood on the north-west edge of Cambridge, beside the University of Cambridge's West Cambridge campus. Developed and operated by Apache Capital through its Present Made platform, in a joint venture with investment adviser Nuveen Real Estate, the scheme reached full practical completion in late 2025 and is billed as the UK's first purpose-built single-family housing development. Residents share a pavilion, gym, workspace, cinema room, rooftop terrace and play areas, and the scheme targets net-zero operational carbon. United Overseas Bank refinanced the scheme with a £125m facility in 2026.

A Cambridge rental community of 43 1, 2, 3 & 4 bed homes, Trumpington Meadows is owned and let by Lloyds Living, the build-to-rent arm of Lloyds Banking Group. The homes carry an average EPC rating of B. Day-to-day management is handled by Lomond as managing agent.
