Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital are consulting on what would be Bristol's largest co-living development at Bedminster Green: 267 co-living homes (28 of them accessible) plus 12 studios for young people leaving care, across two sites flanking St Catherine's House on Malago Road and the corner of Dalby Avenue. A planning application is due to follow the public consultation; an earlier consent on the Malago Road site was never built out.
