About BTR Directory
BTR Directory is a database of UK build-to-rent: 1,174 published schemes, from planning application to letting, with profiles of 194 operators and 254 asset owners. It is used by renters looking for a home and by the investors, lenders and advisers who follow the sector.
What the directory covers
Multifamily apartment buildings and single-family rental estates across the UK that are held by a single owner and let professionally, whether in planning, under construction or already letting. Each scheme has its own page with its status, operator, location, amenities and nearest station, and links to the operator and owner behind it.
