Greystar acquired it from Dandara Living. Across the Pochard House, Mill Mead Terrace and Colne House buildings it provides 345 private rental apartments, six private three-bedroom townhouses and 40 Discounted Market Rent homes, with a basement holding 215 parking spaces and 396 cycle spaces, plus a gym, co-working areas and a resident lounge.
