Why the data holds up

Continuously verified

The directory is compiled from Land Registry titles, the EPC register, planning notices and operators' own sites. Verification agents check schemes from source on a rolling cadence; every change is evidence-backed and reviewed by a human before it publishes.

Honest blanks

A blank means not recorded, never zero. Rents are advertised asking prices, labelled as such — we never present an estimate as a fact.
