Allegro Living is a 603-apartment build-to-rent scheme in Birmingham city centre (B4), developed by Nikal and completed in 2019. The building includes a concierge service, a residents' wellness centre and gym, and sky gardens, with a resident app used to book amenities and access local discounts.

Coppermaker Square is a 1,225-home rental neighbourhood in Stratford, east London, developed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and managed by Greystar. Completed in 2025 next to Westfield Stratford City and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park's transport links, its amenities include a swimming pool with vitality pool, steam room and sauna, a gym with yoga classes, and complimentary access to on-site co-working space.

Empire Heights is a rental block at 45 New Cross Road in Lewisham, a short walk from New Cross Gate and Telegraph Hill Park. Its one- and two-bedroom pet-friendly apartments are let under the Uncle banner and managed by QuadReal Residential Properties UK, with on-site management, parking and bike storage.

Hamlet Gardens is a landmark Victorian mansion-block estate beside Ravenscourt Park in Hammersmith, long held as private rented stock and now managed by QuadReal Residential Properties UK following its takeover of the Realstar platform. The estate offers furnished and unfurnished apartments with an on-site management team.

London Square Woolwich is a 241-home Build-to-Rent building in Woolwich, south-east London, managed by Uncle — the rental operator owned by QuadReal. It sits within London Square's 4.49-acre regeneration of around 700 mixed-tenure homes, which holds full planning permission and Gateway 2 sign-off and also brings shops, workspace and new public realm. QuadReal Property Group is forward funding the rental element alongside London Square; it is under construction, with completion targeted for 2029.

Pioneer Point is a Multifamily rental development in Redbridge, London (IG1), completed in 2011 and comprising 294 apartments. On-site facilities include a co-working space, cinema room, gym, underground parking and a dedicated concierge service.

Uncle Acton stands on the former Perfume Factory site off Wales Farm Road in North Acton, delivering 238 build-to-rent apartments alongside a separate 138-home affordable element. Telford Homes developed the tower under a £91m forward-funding deal with Realstar agreed in January 2022, and the building opened to renters in autumn 2024 with air-source heat pumps supplying low-carbon heating.

Uncle Colindale brings 347 studio to three-bedroom rental homes to Redrow's Colindale Gardens, the regeneration of the former Peel Centre police training college in north London. Acquired by Realstar's Uncle platform in a £119.5m deal signed in September 2019 and letting from 2020, the scheme is now operated by QuadReal Residential Properties, which took full control of the Uncle brand in 2025.

A 251-home build-to-rent scheme called Uncle Deptford in Lewisham, South East London (SE8), developed by Lendlease and operated under the Uncle brand. Amenities include a residents' lounge, co-working space, green residential space and pet-friendly apartments furnished with BoConcept furniture.

Uncle Elephant & Castle is a Multifamily rental development in Southwark, London (SE11), comprising 279 apartments, operated under the Uncle brand. Amenities include a sky lounge on the 45th/46th floor, an on-site gym, co-working spaces and 24/7 concierge service.

Uncle Leeds occupies 3 Whitehall Road on the western edge of Leeds city centre, designed by CJCT and delivered by HUB with Bridges Fund Management under a £108m forward-funding deal with Realstar agreed in February 2023. The scheme brings 488 rental homes with a bowling alley, gym, cinema room, co-working space and rooftop terrace, and completed in 2025 under the Uncle brand now owned by QuadReal.

Uncle Manchester is a Multifamily rental development in Manchester city centre (M1), comprising 171 apartments, operated under the Uncle brand. On-site facilities include a gym, yoga studio, resident art studio and free co-working space, and the development is pet-friendly.

Uncle New Cross is a build-to-rent apartment development in New Cross, London (SE14), completed in 2015. It is operated by Uncle and includes roof terraces, private balconies, an on-site cafe, and superfast Wi-Fi.

Uncle Southall is a build-to-rent apartment development in Southall, Ealing (UB2 4GZ), comprising 166 units, developed by Redrow and operated under the Uncle brand. Amenities include an on-site gym, yoga lounge, co-working space and a roof terrace.

Uncle Stockwell is a build-to-rent apartment development in London (SW8), comprising 166 apartments completed in 2016. It is operated by Uncle and includes an on-site gym, secure car parking, and a resident lounge with co-working space.

Uncle Wembley is a Multifamily rental development in Wembley, Brent, London (HA9), completed in 2020 and comprising 239 apartments, developed by HUB and operated under the Uncle brand. On-site facilities include a gym, co-working space and roof terraces, and the development is pet-friendly.

Uncle Wembley Gardens is the second phase of the Wembley Link build-to-rent scheme, a short walk from Wembley Central and Wembley Stadium stations. Its two Howells-designed brick towers of 17 and 19 storeys hold 256 one- to three-bedroom rental homes, developed by HUB with Bridges Fund Management, built by JJ Rhatigan under a £100m Realstar-QuadReal forward funding, and completed in 2024 — following the first Wembley Link phase (now Uncle Wembley) finished in 2020. Shortlisted for a 2026 RIBA London award.

Vincent Square Apartments pairs two rental blocks — Vincent Square and Kimmerston House — overlooking the playing fields of Vincent Square in Westminster, minutes from the Thames. The buildings are long-standing private rented stock managed by QuadReal Residential Properties UK under one brand and letting operation.
