Uncle Acton stands on the former Perfume Factory site off Wales Farm Road in North Acton, delivering 238 build-to-rent apartments alongside a separate 138-home affordable element. Telford Homes developed the tower under a £91m forward-funding deal with Realstar agreed in January 2022, and the building opened to renters in autumn 2024 with air-source heat pumps supplying low-carbon heating.
