Uncle Colindale brings 347 studio to three-bedroom rental homes to Redrow's Colindale Gardens, the regeneration of the former Peel Centre police training college in north London. Acquired by Realstar's Uncle platform in a £119.5m deal signed in September 2019 and letting from 2020, the scheme is now operated by QuadReal Residential Properties, which took full control of the Uncle brand in 2025.
