It forms part of London Square's 4.49-acre, 700-home triple-tenure regeneration scheme, which has secured full planning permission and Gateway 2 approval. Alongside the new homes, the wider development delivers shops, workspaces and new public realm. The Build-to-Rent element is forward funded by QuadReal Property Group in partnership with London Square, and is currently under construction with completion targeted for 2029.
