Uncle Leeds occupies 3 Whitehall Road on the western edge of Leeds city centre, designed by CJCT and delivered by HUB with Bridges Fund Management under a £108m forward-funding deal with Realstar agreed in February 2023. The scheme brings 488 rental homes with a bowling alley, gym, cinema room, co-working space and rooftop terrace, and completed in 2025 under the Uncle brand now owned by QuadReal.
