Assembly Park is a single-family rental neighbourhood of 195 new houses at Dothill in Telford, developed by Vistry Partnerships for Aviva Investors and managed by Packaged Living. Completed in 2025, every home comes with a private garden and parking with EV charging, and the neighbourhood includes an on-site play park. The houses are built for low running costs, with air source heat pumps, smart thermostats and super-fast broadband throughout.

Merchants Yard is a waterside rental neighbourhood of 163 two, three and four-bedroom townhouses on the north bank of the River Orwell, directly opposite Ipswich station. Built by Galliard Homes on a former goods-yard site and completed in spring 2026, it is let under the Packaged Living brand with Aviva Investors as funder, and the design nods to the area's rail and shipbuilding history.
