The Meadows is a single-family rental neighbourhood of 147 new houses on Bennetts Road in Keresley, on the northern edge of Coventry, let through Legal & General's Rental Living brand and managed by LRG Living. Launched in 2026, the scheme offers two- to four-bedroom family homes for rent, each with parking and a private garden with storage shed, plus air source heat pumps and solar panels.

In Coventry, Paragon Park provides family homes let and managed under the Ascend Living brand. Ascend manages single-family rental portfolios for several institutional investors across the North and Midlands.

Elliott's Yard is a build-to-rent community of 200 one- and two-bedroom apartments split across two buildings at 8-10 Gulson Road, on the corner with London Road in central Coventry. Owned and developed by NSG Developments and managed day-to-day by urbanbubble, the scheme pairs its homes with two residents' lounges, a 24/7 concierge team, resident events and optional on-site parking, with pets welcomed. The twin-building design (originally consented at 167 homes before an efficiency redesign) was built by Farrans to a Corstorphine & Wright design, topping out in 2021.
