Owned and developed by NSG Developments and managed day-to-day by urbanbubble, the scheme pairs its homes with two residents' lounges, a 24/7 concierge team, resident events and optional on-site parking, with pets welcomed. The twin-building design (originally consented at 167 homes before an efficiency redesign) was built by Farrans to a Corstorphine & Wright design, topping out in 2021.
