About
Angorfa, launched as The Rise, is a 30-storey build-to-rent tower on Guildford Crescent in central Cardiff, and on completion the tallest building in the city. It provides 272 rental apartments — 140 one-bedroom and 132 two-bedroom — above ground-floor retail, with amenity space on the ground, first and 27th floors. Galliford Try built the £52m scheme, reaching completion in late July 2026. Lloyds Living acquired the site from Galliford Try Investments and owns the finished asset, with Native appointed to operate it. The tower sits beside the Canal Quarter regeneration area, a short walk from the Principality Stadium and Cardiff Central station.
