Rondo is Legal & General's build-to-rent scheme at 10 International Way, Stratford E20, beside Stratford International station and the East Bank arts quarter. The twin 27-storey towers, developed by Telford Homes under a £150m forward-funding deal agreed in December 2021, deliver 247 rental apartments within a 380-home development whose 133 affordable homes (including 79 London Affordable Rent units taken by L&G Affordable Homes) sit alongside. Residents get a lounge, terrace, gym and creative workspaces, with urbanbubble managing the building; first residents arrived in 2026 after 2025 completion. Known as International Way during development.
