Stratford Studios is a build-to-rent apartment development in Stratford, east London, comprising 158 homes. On-site facilities include a residents' lounge, co-working space and a communal kitchen for events, along with secure bike storage and car parking.

A 119-apartment build-to-rent scheme called The Gatefold in Hayes, Hillingdon, West London (UB3), completed in 2016 and operated by Apo. Part of the Old Vinyl Factory development, it has a 7,000 sq ft resident roof terrace with a BBQ area and games, plus pet-friendly apartments with private gardens.

Apex Gardens is a build-to-rent apartment development on Seven Sisters Road in South Tottenham, Haringey, London (N15), comprising 163 apartments completed in 2021. It is operated by Grainger plc and includes four roof terraces, a 24-hour gym, and co-working space.

Ballymore's Thames Road scheme will redevelop an industrial brownfield site (also known as UNEX) on the north bank of the Thames, east of Thames Barrier Park in the Royal Docks. Newham granted permission in 2026 for 1,685 homes — including 173 for social rent and 359 co-living suites — alongside a new primary school, more than 13,500 sq m of light-industrial and flexible workspace, a riverside park and ground-floor retail. Howells is the architect.
