PLATFORM_ Cardiff is a build-to-rent apartment development on Dumballs Road in Cardiff city centre (CF10), comprising around 200 one- and two-bedroom apartments completed in November 2022. It is operated by Platform_ and includes a 24-hour gym, co-working space, and two rooftop terraces.

Verse is a build-to-rent apartment development in Cardiff city centre (CF10 2AB), completed in 2023 and operated under the Fresh brand. Amenities include a gym, co-working space, outdoor deck and grill, and a residents' lounge.

The Rise is a 30-storey build-to-rent tower on Guildford Crescent in central Cardiff, and on completion the tallest building in the city. It provides 272 rental apartments — 140 one-bedroom and 132 two-bedroom — above ground-floor retail, with amenity space on the ground, first and 27th floors. Galliford Try built the £52m scheme, reaching completion in late July 2026. Lloyds Living acquired the site from Galliford Try Investments and owns the finished asset, with Native appointed to operate it. The tower sits beside the Canal Quarter regeneration area, a short walk from the Principality Stadium and Cardiff Central station.

Custom House Street is a 400-home co-living tower planned for central Cardiff, which won planning consent from Cardiff Council in June 2026. Designed by Rio Architects for developer Watkin Jones, the 33-storey building pairs compact studios with roughly 1,700 sq m of shared space — a residents' kitchen, lounge, gym and roof terrace, plus co-working areas and a podcast room. It replaces a previously approved 42-storey student scheme on the same plot.
