Edmonstone Village is a 41-home single-family Build-to-Rent development at The Wisp in Edinburgh. The rental homes were acquired by Thriving Investments from housebuilder Avant Homes in Thriving Investments' first private rented sector deal in Scotland, and are managed by Thriving Investments.
