It is owned by Royal London Asset Management and operated by Properties Living, and is currently progressing through planning.

The Beeches is a 349-home Build-to-Rent development in Bracknell, forward funded and scheduled for completion in Q2 2027. Spread across seven buildings ranging from four to 16 storeys, it offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments with amenities including a 24/7 concierge, gym, communal lounge and business/work-from-home suite, and landscaped communal terraces and gardens. Built using an offsite-manufactured panel wall system, the scheme targets EPC ratings of A and B and BREEAM Excellent certification. It is owned by Royal London Asset Management and operated by ProperTies Living.
