About

Four Corners is the property management platform set up by Northern LGPS and Local Pensions Partnership Investments (LPPI) to run the rental homes they acquired from PRS Holdco (The PRS REIT) in December 2025, a portfolio previously let under the Simple Life Homes brand. Announced on 30 July 2026 and launched in late summer 2026, it manages around 5,500 homes across England, Scotland and Wales through regional teams, with the joint venture planning to add more than 15,000 homes over the following decade. Legal entity: Four Corners Property Management Limited (company 16836083), owned by UK Housing Platform Bidco Limited. Sigma-owned Simple Life parcels are not part of this platform.
