About
Croydon Council operates a choice-based lettings scheme that allows residents on the housing register to search and bid for available social and affordable rental properties across the London Borough of Croydon and occasionally neighbouring areas. The service allocates properties based on applicants' priority band and registration date, serving those in housing need including homeless households and those in temporary accommodation.
