Angel Gardens is a build-to-rent apartment development in Manchester city centre (M4 4GE), comprising 466 units. It was developed by Moda Living and is operated under the Apo brand. Amenities include a rooftop five-a-side football pitch, cinema room and co-working lounges.

A 119-apartment build-to-rent scheme called The Gatefold in Hayes, Hillingdon, West London (UB3), completed in 2016 and operated by Apo. Part of the Old Vinyl Factory development, it has a 7,000 sq ft resident roof terrace with a BBQ area and games, plus pet-friendly apartments with private gardens.

A 382-home build-to-rent scheme at The Copper House on Liverpool's waterfront near Royal Albert Dock, operated under the Apo brand. Apartments range from one to three bedrooms, with a residents' lounge, sky lounge, 16th-floor rooftop terrace and a 24-hour gym.
