Developed by Amro in partnership with Flemyn, with around 20% of homes as affordable housing and a target of BREEAM Outstanding. Expected completion 2026.

The Green Rooms MediaCityUK is a 238-apartment build-to-rent scheme at Leader House, MediaCityUK in Salford (M50), completed in 2019. The building offers a residents' gym, 24-hour concierge and maintenance team, and large balconies with waterside views, and operates a pet-friendly policy.

A mixed build-to-rent and co-living scheme opposite Sutton station, comprising 312 build-to-rent homes and 195 co-living rooms alongside co-working space. A retrofit-led redevelopment of a former office tower retaining around 56% of the existing structure, targeting BREEAM Outstanding, Fitwel 3-star and WiredScore Platinum. Around 35% affordable housing within the build-to-rent element. Plans submitted 2025; opening expected in 2028.

A co-living development of 212 studio apartments directly opposite Kingston station in south-west London, operated under Amro's Amro Living brand. Shared amenities include a seventh-floor sky lounge and roof terrace, gym, co-working space, cinema and games rooms, communal kitchen and 24/7 concierge. First residents moved in from autumn 2025.

A build-to-rent development of 278 homes on Western Avenue in Perivale, Ealing, near the Hoover Building. Delivered by Amro under a £90m forward-funding deal with Pension Insurance Corporation, which owns the completed asset, and operated by Amro Living. Homes range from studios to three bedrooms, with an affordable housing element agreed with Ealing Council.
