The Lark
OperationalThe Lark is a 195-apartment build-to-rent scheme in Nine Elms, Wandsworth, London (SW11). The building offers a 24/7 concierge, fitness studio, co-working lounge and podium garden, with a private balcony or terrace to each apartment.

The Parklands
OperationalA seven-building rental neighbourhood on Lowfield Street in central Dartford, beside Central Park and a short walk from Dartford station. The scheme runs to 231 fully furnished homes in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts, with 163 resident parking spaces. Shared space includes a residents' lounge, gym, yoga studio, co-working area, concierge desk, coffee station, parcel store and a 2,000 sq ft roof terrace, and the buildings run on a low-carbon energy strategy. Starlight Investments opened the first two buildings — 58 homes — in July 2026, with the remaining buildings following. Day-to-day management is by Allsop Letting and Management.

OperationalA 232-home build-to-rent scheme at The Trilogy in Manchester (M15), in the Trafford area of the city. The development is managed by property consultancy Allsop.

The Waypoint
OperationalBuilt on the former Magnet Leisure Centre site off St Cloud Way, The Waypoint brings 255 rental homes to Maidenhead town centre across three buildings of four to eleven storeys. The mix runs from one- to three-bedroom apartments through to townhouses, each with a private balcony, above 191 underground parking spaces. The first building — 73 homes — completed in April 2026, with the remaining buildings due through the second half of the year. The scheme sits within the wider St Cloud Way regeneration in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Allsop Letting and Management runs the buildings for owner Starlight Investments.
