Shard Place is a 27-storey residential tower standing beside The Shard, completing the three-building Shard Quarter estate at London Bridge. Designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop, it provides 176 rental homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with first residents arriving from mid-2025. The building is run by Real Estate Management (UK) Limited, the Qatar-owned company that manages Shard Quarter, and was developed by Sellar; the scheme is owned jointly by the State of Qatar and Sellar.
