Queen's Works is a proposed multifamily build-to-rent scheme in Bedford, planned to provide around 107 apartments. The project is at the planning stage, promoted through developer Cartare, and no operator has yet been confirmed for the completed homes. Unit mix and delivery timing remain to be established as the scheme progresses through planning, and the record will be updated as consent and management arrangements are confirmed.
