Momento Stratford, previously called Stratford Mill, is a 205-home Build-to-Rent scheme from Greystar in the Pudding Mill part of Stratford, east London, within the regeneration around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Run under Greystar's Momento brand, it spans the East Mill House and Millar Court buildings and sits inside a larger 247-home development whose remaining 42 affordable homes are managed by Sovereign Network Group. Greystar bought the site in 2023; the building reached topping-out in October 2025 and opens to its first residents in 2026.
