Millers Quay is the cornerstone residential scheme at Wirral Waters, on the Dock Road side of Birkenhead's East Float. Six buildings hold 500 rental homes overlooking the water, 100 of them affordable, in a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom duplexes. Peel Waters developed the £130m scheme with GRAHAM as contractor and Pension Insurance Corporation as funding partner, alongside Wirral Council and Homes England. Final completion was marked in March 2025 and the scheme reached full occupancy in January 2026. Residents have a private gym, workspace and dockside walkways.
