Under Constructionhase one of Newcastle’s largest multifamily scheme has reached its highest point, with the 11-storey, 292-home block on track for completion in December 2026. Developed by Hines and delivered by Olympian Homes, the site is located on the River Tyne and within the Forth Yards regeneration area.
