All Six House is a conversion of two former Lloyds Banking Group office buildings, Tower House and Charterhall House, on Charterhall Drive near Chester railway station into 176 rental apartments. The £36m Blueoak Estates project opened its first phase of 77 one- and two-bedroom homes in Tower House in spring 2026, managed by Leef Property Group, with a gym, co-working space, cinema room, communal gardens, parking and a concierge-style service on site.
