1 development in Belfast
Loftlines is Northern Ireland's first large-scale Build-to-Rent neighbourhood, on the Titanic Quarter waterfront overlooking the River Lagan. Two buildings — Lofter House and Shipwright House — hold 627 rental homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, part of a wider 778-home mixed-tenure scheme in which Clanmil Housing Association delivers 151 social and affordable homes. Watkin Jones and Lacuna Developments built the scheme, Legal & General forward-funded the rental element with a £150m commitment, and urbanbubble manages it. Residents get a gym, resident lounges, private dining rooms, a games room, yoga studio, workspaces, bike storage and free broadband, and pets are welcome.
