Custom House Street is a 400-home co-living scheme in central Cardiff, granted planning permission by Cardiff Council in June 2026. Developed by Watkin Jones and designed by Rio Architects, the 33-storey tower offers compact studios alongside around 1,700 sq m of shared amenities — including a communal kitchen, lounge, gym and roof terrace, plus co-working space and a podcast studio. It replaces an earlier consent for a 42-storey student tower on the site.
