Span Group is a London property company that both invests in and runs its own rental buildings. It holds its residential stock through single-purpose companies — at Xchange Point in Islington the flats sit with Market Road Limited, whose ownership traces up through Newquest Developments to Span Group itself — and lets and manages the homes under its own name.
