Aspire is a 151-home Build-to-Rent building on Herschel Street in Slough, a short walk from the high street and railway station. The nine-storey scheme completed in spring 2024 and is owned by Royal London Asset Management and operated by ProperTies Living. It was designed to run efficiently — with electric heating, air-source heat-pump hot water, LED lighting and EV charging points — and achieves EPC ratings of B or better.

Royal London House is a 286-home Build-to-Rent development at Alderley Park in Macclesfield, Cheshire, comprising 154 one-bedroom, 109 two-bedroom and 23 three-bedroom apartments. It is owned by Royal London Asset Management and operated by Properties Living, and is currently progressing through planning.

The Beeches is a 349-apartment Build-to-Rent scheme in Bracknell, owned by Royal London Asset Management and run by ProperTies Living. Forward funded and due to complete in the second quarter of 2027, it spans seven blocks of between four and 16 storeys with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Residents get a 24-hour concierge, a gym, a shared lounge and a work-from-home/business suite, plus landscaped gardens and outdoor terraces. It is being built using an off-site panel-wall system and targets EPC A/B and a BREEAM Excellent rating.
