The estate holds 157 homes in mixed tenure: this listing covers the 72 build-to-rent apartments, acquired by Regen Capital in collaboration with Farlane Capital and managed by Nara Living, with pet-friendly, energy-efficient homes and on-site management. The remaining 85 affordable units, also Regen Capital-owned, are leased to Croydon Council with an option to underlease to a registered provider.
