Picture Living is the single-family rental vehicle managed by Thriving Investments, the fund manager Places for People established in 2017 and formerly known as PfP Capital. Launched in 2018 with backing from the Universities Superannuation Scheme and later Strathclyde Pension Fund and APG, it has assembled roughly 1,800 homes for rent across the UK, buying parcels of new housing from volume housebuilders. The homes are managed by Touchstone, the Places for People group's property management arm.
