Rent is all-inclusive, covering utilities and gigabit WiFi, and residents share co-working space and meeting rooms, a gym, cinema and gaming rooms, a communal kitchen and dining room, garden and sitting rooms, landscaped courtyards, laundry and a 24/7 concierge. Tiger Developments delivered the scheme with Host, Ruff Architects completing the design and construction after the original contractor's insolvency; Habito Co-Living operates it and Partners Group is the investor.
