It was acquired by Greystar in 2025 from Lendlease and CPP Investments, having been delivered as part of Lendlease's Elephant Park regeneration and previously operated by Living by Lendlease.

Park Central East is a build-to-rent apartment building within the Elephant Park development in Elephant and Castle, Southwark, comprising 384 homes and operated by Momento Living. Amenities include high-speed Hyperoptic internet, landscaped gardens and 24/7 CCTV, with access to the wider Elephant Park's independent shops, cafes and restaurants.

Parkside is a 123-home Build-to-Rent development at Elephant Park in Elephant & Castle, London (Heygate Street, SE17). Part of Lendlease's £2.3bn Elephant Park regeneration, it has been acquired by Greystar as part of a wider portfolio deal; Greystar owns and operates the building.
