Placefirst forward-funded the parcel in a £20.5m agreement announced in July 2026 and will let and manage the homes, marking the company's first scheme in the Preston area. Each house is specified with an air source heat pump and an EPC B rating, with handovers phased between January 2027 and January 2028. The surrounding estate is largely for open-market sale.
