Star Living Harlow was planned as the first phase of Strawberry Star's Harlow Quarter regeneration in Harlow town centre, comprising 163 studio, one- and two-bedroom rental apartments within a wider consent for more than 500 further homes plus shops and public realm. Although launched under the group's build-to-rent brand with completion once targeted for 2024, the block was not built out and the site stood vacant for several years. In October 2025 Harlow Council announced a partnership deal to bring the site forward, with construction due to start by the end of that year; the scheme's final form is unconfirmed.
