Cross Keys is a 104-home build-to-rent scheme at 19 Cross Keys Street in Manchester's New Cross district, developed by CERT Property with backing from the family office of Oliver Cookson. The nine-storey project mixes one- and two-bedroom apartments with townhouses and duplexes arranged around a public courtyard on the former Royal Lancastrian School site, with a rooftop garden and communal lounge for residents. It sits opposite the developer's earlier Peelers Yard building off Goulden Street, close to the Northern Quarter and Ancoats, and is scheduled to complete in 2027.
