Farringdon Row, since rebranded Galley's View, is Placefirst's 165-home build-to-rent neighbourhood on a 4.6-acre brownfield site west of Sunderland city centre, the second residential neighbourhood under the Riverside Sunderland masterplan. The £36.8m scheme comprises 67 two- and three-bedroom houses and 98 one- and two-bedroom apartments, designed to achieve EPC A ratings. Caddick Construction broke ground in December 2025, its third build-to-rent project for the investor-operator.
