East Bank Urban Village is a Build-to-Rent and affordable housing scheme on the east bank of the River Hull in Hull city centre, delivered by ECF — a partnership of Muse, Legal & General and Homes England — with Hull City Council. The wider neighbourhood will provide up to 850 homes across four phases between 2027 and 2040, including around 700 Build-to-Rent apartments. Phase 1 (2027 start) primarily delivers 115 affordable homes (37 townhouses and 78 apartments) along with early infrastructure; Phase 2 delivers up to 270 BTR apartments; Phase 3 adds a further 300 BTR apartments; and Phase 4 completes the neighbourhood with a final 176 BTR homes.
