Birchgrove Chiswick is an age-restricted rental community for over-65s on the site of the former Chiswick Police Station at 209-211 Chiswick High Road. The scheme replaces the closed station with 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments let on assured tenancies, alongside a restaurant, bar, wellness suite, courtyard garden and 24-hour staffing, with optional care services. Developed by Bridges-backed Birchgrove with Kori Construction on site from September 2026, completion is targeted for late 2028.
