Beck Yard is McLaren Living's 375-home build-to-rent scheme on a former car park at Water Lane in the South Bank regeneration area of Leeds, funded by Heim Global Investor. Designed by Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher, the consented plans pair the apartments with around 7,000 sq ft of internal amenity space, roof gardens on three levels, extensive cycle storage and a small number of car spaces with EV charging. HG Construction was appointed under a £69m contract in 2024 and has broken ground.
