Holbeche Place is a Build-to-Rent development in Solihull town centre, the first phase of Muse's regeneration of the town centre in partnership with Solihull Council. Phase one delivers 346 rental homes across four buildings of varying heights, alongside ground-floor commercial space, with enabling works due to begin in summer 2026. It forms part of a wider masterplan of around 1,600 homes.
