Holbeche Place is the opening phase of Muse's regeneration of Solihull town centre, delivered with Solihull Council. This first stage brings 346 rental homes in four buildings of varying height, with commercial units at street level, and enabling works are expected to begin in summer 2026. It forms part of a wider plan for around 1,600 homes.
