North West Quarter is a Build-to-Rent scheme in Queen's Park, north-west London, part of the South Kilburn regeneration. Principal Asset Management bought 143 rental homes in three new blocks from developer Vistry (Countryside): one block was purchased complete as a turnkey deal and the other two were bought ahead of completion while still under construction, with practical completion expected in Q4 2026. The apartments run from one to three bedrooms and share roof gardens, courtyards and indoor amenity space.
