The Kline is Morro's 150-home co-living scheme on Kingsland Road in Haggerston, beside the Regent's Canal. Designed by pH+ and delivered by Veretec with HG Construction as principal contractor, the mixed-use building pairs commercial workspace on its lower levels with co-living homes above, supported by a gym, co-working space, communal kitchens and a landscaped rooftop terrace. The project cleared Building Safety Regulator Gateway 2 in a record 13 weeks and is on site, with completion expected in 2027.
